2024-07-24 15:00:00
Some email messages sent from Texas A&M accounts are being blocked by some federal and military email systems. If you send an email to an affected account, you will receive a bounced email notification in five days. We are actively working on a resolution.
Federal and military email systems include: (@nsa.gov, @mail.mil, etc.).

Summer Change Freeze periods
2024-05-29 00:00:00
For TAMU Health during this period, changes to production services are highly restricted. All changes require elevated approvals. Additionally, changes usually submitted through a Standard Change template must be submitted as a Normal change and go through the elevated approval process. For more information on change freeze policies, see:
http://tamu.service-now.com/kburl.do?article=KB0013916
Over the course of the summer, there will be additional periods where changes for production services are highly restricted, and no pre-approved changes may be scheduled. The dates for these periods will center around the begin and end dates for semester activities for all of the following: TAMU Summer I, Summer II, and 10 week semesters; TAMU HSC colleges of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and School of Public Health semesters.
